3. The essentials
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services.
- Fonts, images, scripts and styles are served exclusively from our own server. No third-party services are embedded (no Google Fonts, no maps, no embedded videos, no chat).
- We only process personal data when you access the site (server logs) and when you actively contact us.
4. Hosting
The website is operated in the SecITX Cloud of iSM Solutions GmbH, Trametshausen 26, 5142 Eggelsberg, Österreich, on its own infrastructure in Austria and thus within the European Union. The host processes the data arising from your visit solely to provide the website on our behalf.
5. Server logs
With every request your browser transmits technically necessary data, which the server logs temporarily:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- requested address, status code and amount of data transferred
- referring page (referrer), if sent by the browser
- browser and operating system (user agent)
The purpose is the secure and stable delivery of the website and the detection and defence of attacks and errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not combined with other data, not used to identify individuals, and is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes.
6. Contact form
If you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, email address, message and – if provided – your company. The data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) to our server and forwarded from there as an email to info@imes-solutions.com. An invisible additional field is used solely to fend off spam.
The purpose is to process and answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not passed on to third parties.
We delete the data once your request has been dealt with conclusively, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
7. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide to handle your request – on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract, support, pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Deletion follows the same rules as for the contact form.
8. Applications
Applications you send us by email to bewerbung@imes-solutions.com are processed solely for the application procedure (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If an employment relationship results, the data is processed further in compliance with the statutory provisions. Otherwise we delete the documents after the statutory retention period has expired, unless other legitimate interests prevent this.
9. Links to other websites
This website links to other services, such as our appointment booking at Calendly, iMes Intelligence, shiftguru.com, imes-solutions.com or Google Maps (“Plan route”). Data is only transmitted to these services when you click a link; from then on the privacy notices of the respective provider apply.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to
- access (Art. 15)
- rectification (Art. 16)
- erasure (Art. 17)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- data portability (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
- withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))
To exercise these rights, please contact datenschutzbeauftragter@imes-solutions.com. Proof of your identity may be required so that we can assign your request unambiguously.
